How It All Started
Wanderlust began in 2018 when founder Emma Chen left her corporate job to backpack through Southeast Asia with just a camera and a journal. What started as a personal blog documenting her adventures soon grew into a platform inspiring thousands of travelers worldwide.
After two years exploring 35 countries across five continents, Emma returned with a vision: to create a travel resource that goes beyond surface-level tourism and celebrates authentic, transformative experiences.
